At Vertyes, we work with international suppliers who ship products directly to the address provided at the time of purchase.

Delivery Times The average delivery time is 5 to 12 business days, depending on the location. Once payment is confirmed, order processing and dispatch take between 1 and 3 business days.

Tracking All orders include a tracking code, which will be sent to your email so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Partial Shipments If you purchase more than one item, they may be sent in separate packages, each with its own respective tracking code.

Possible Taxes In rare cases, customs may apply additional fees or taxes. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Address Please review your information carefully before finalizing your purchase. In the event of an incorrect address or the absence of a recipient, the package may be returned to the sender. Costs for a new shipment will be the responsibility of the customer.
